Resumen
El presente trabajo está basado en el estudio y diseño de las posibles soluciones a las diferentes problemáticas que se dan en el actual Malecón del Canton Vinces, entre estas están los desmoronamientos de tierra en sectores críticos de la ribera del río Vinces, a la altura del actual malecón.
Una de estas problemáticas, son los desmoronamientos que se dan en las épocas invernales, dado un mal sistema estructural propuesto para la contención de tierra en las orillas del rio Vinces
El diagnóstico y análisis de la actual infraestructura de contención, es fundamental para dar con las razones principales, por las cuales esta estructura falla en cada época invernal.
Se aplica un análisis técnico-económico, ya que con dicho análisis, se evaluaran diferentes propuestas para seleccionar la más factible dentro de estos aspectos.
A partir de la información recopilada, se propone un espacio de recreación, que cuente con una infraestructura de contención adecuada, factible técnica y económicamente.

One of these problems are the collapses that occur in the winter, given a poor structural system for the containment of land on the banks of the river Vinces The diagnosis and analysis of the current containment infrastructure is essential to find the main reasons. A technical-economic analysis is applied, since with this analysis, different proposals are evaluated to select the most feasible within these aspects. The presence of solid waste along the current pier is another problem that generates discomfort to the residents, given that an analysis is carried out to determine which is the current collection system, and if necessary, a data collection system more feasible Based on the information collected, a recreation space is proposed, which has a containment infrastructure, and a system for collecting solid waste technically and economically.
