Resumen
La odontología restauradora se ha encargado de la rehabilitación de las estructuras dentarias afectadas, la cual se realiza con materiales que permitan restablecer la anatomía, función y estética de las piezas dentarias mediante la evolución de los biomateriales utilizando diferentes técnicas y protocolos que contribuyen con realizar una restauración exitosa. Las restauraciones indirectas, se deben manejar bien, los materiales a utilizar según sus características y composición, los cuales se dividen en estéticos y no estéticos, los cuales al ser manejados de manera correcta crean una restauración fuerte, resistente restableciendo la funcionalidad del órgano dentario, todo esto llevo a realizar una investigación con el objetivo de detallar los protocolos que se utilizan para la cementación de restauraciones intracoronales inlay, onlay y overlay. Mediante una metodología inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético realizando un análisis documental, evaluando todo lo referente a los protocolos de cementación de restauraciones indirectas. Resultando que son múltiples los materiales que pueden utilizarse en las restauraciones indirectas y diferentes los protocolos a aplicar con la finalidad de lograr trabajos exitoso en el paciente. Concluyendo además que para lograr una restauración exitosa se deben manejar bien los materiales a utilizar para crear una restauración fuerte, resistente y con buenas funcionalidad y estética.
Restorative dentistry has been responsible for the rehabilitation of the affected dental structures, which is carried out with materials that allow to restore the anatomy, function and aesthetics of the denitarian pieces through the evolution of biomaterials using different techniques and protocols that contribute to a successful restoration. Indirect restorations, must be handled well, the materials to be used according to their characteristics and composition, which are divided into aesthetic and non-aesthetic, which when handled correctly create a strong, resistant restoration restoring the functionality of the dentary organ, all this led to research with the aim of detailing the protocols used for cementing intracoronal restorations inlay, onlay and overlay. Through an inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic methodology performing a documentary analysis, evaluating everything related to the cementation protocols of indirect restorations. It turns out that there are multiple materials that can be used in indirect and different restorations the protocols to be applied in order to achieve successful work in the patient. Further concluding that to achieve a successful restoration, the materials to be used must be handled well to create a strong, resistant restoration with good functionality and aesthetics.
