Resumen
Mejorar la productividad mediante la aplicación de técnicas estadísticas, control
de procesos y programa de mantenimiento preventivo, en la cual se reducirá al
mínimo el porcentaje de desperdicio, las paralizaciones inesperadas que influyen en
la calidad del producto, obteniendo un control preventivo para verificar si los
procesos son los adecuados y los productos aceptables.
Se realizó él diagnostico de la situación de la empresa, mediante el análisis de los
reportes de producción, determinando las principales variables con las horas de
parada que se ha detectado y por la cual se baja la productividad. Mediante el
Análisis de Pareto, se identifica los pocos vitales de los mucho triviales que se
presenta en forma obvia, y el diagrama Causa – Efecto se lo usó para clarificar las
causas de cada problema, así se encontró: Falta de mantenimiento preventivo; Falta
de materia prima; Defecto de material; Reproceso de material por estar fuera de las
normas; Areas de cables fuera de norma en producto terminado. Se cuantificó los
problemas, tomando en cuenta las frecuencias en horas, Kilo de materia prima y
costo en dólares que genera cada problema. Para la solución de los problemas se
propone: Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo; Aplicación de técnicas
estadísticas de pronóstico para determinar la producción mensual de cobre;
Aplicación de procedimientos de control estadístico de los procesos. Se presenta el
desarrollo y la forma de implementación de cada solución y el costo que tendrán. Así
mismo el análisis económico, tanto el análisis y relación costo – beneficio, el tiempo
que se recupera la inversión.
Al emplear estas soluciones se mejorara la competitividad y la imagen de la
empresa, quedando demostrado que aplicando técnicas de Ingeniería Industrial se
logra la optimización de los sistemas de producción. Se recomienda implementar
inmediatamente el programa de mantenimiento preventivo por lo que esto conlleva a
disminuir los costos por reparación y disminución de las paralizaciones inesperadas.
