Resumen
El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación es el Diseñar un Plan de Optimización de la Productividad en una línea de inyección de productos plásticos, utilizando un sistema de vacío, para lo cual se debe determinar los equipos de automatización idóneos para el proceso, identificar las variables temporales y las variables que inciden en la baja productividad, diseñar un plan de optimización de productividad mediante la automatización de los procesos y validar el plan propuesto con el uso de indicadores. Esta tesis puede ser tomada como referencia para empresas industriales en donde se utilice la estiba de materia prima en el proceso productivo con un uso intensivo de la mano de obra como fuerza laboral. Este trabajo se desarrolla bajo el tipo de investigación Descriptiva para entender los procesos, desde el punto de vista del investigador será del tipo no experimental con mediciones de las variables como estudio transversal a través de los procesos de producción y de abastecimiento de materiales, el tipo de investigación es sistemática y empírica, los resultados se logran en base a definir las pérdidas de productividad debido a los tiempos improductivos, descenso de la productividad de la mano de obra y fallas de calidad en el proceso. Luego de haber realizado este trabajo de investigación, se concluye que las labores logísticas de transporte y estiba mal direccionadas pueden impactar negativamente en la productividad de una planta industrial, sin importar el tamaño de la misma. Esta tesis deja planteada la inversión en un equipo de transporte y justifica su compra por medio de los cálculos de la productividad y rentabilidad. Se debe tener presente que la adquisición de la nueva maquinaria, mejora la capacidad y desempeño tanto de los obreros como de las maquinarias, se incrementa la productividad, se disminuyen los rechazos de calidad y los tiempos improductivos.
The principal aim of the present work of investigation is To design a Plan of Optimization of the Productivity in a line of injection of plastic products, using a system of emptiness, for which must decide the suitable equipments of automation for the process, identify the temporary variables and the variables that affect in the low productivity, design a plan of optimization of productivity by means of the automation of the processes and validate the plan proposed with the use of indicators. This thesis can be taken as a reference to industrial companies where the rammer of raw material is in use in the productive process with an intensive use of the workforce as labor force. This work develops under the type of Descriptive investigation to understand the processes, from the point of view of the investigator it will be of the not experimental type with measurements of the variables as transverse study across the processes of production and of supply of materials, the type of investigation is systematic and empirical, the results are achieved on the basis of defining the losses of productivity due to the unproductive times, decrease of the productivity of the workforce and quality faults in the process. After having realized this work of investigation, one concludes that the logistic labors of transport and rammer badly to come can affect negatively the productivity of an industrial plant, without importing the size of the same one. This thesis makes the investment raised in an equipment of transport and justifies his purchase by means of the calculations of the productivity and profitability. Present must have that the acquisition of the new machinery, it improves the capacity and I recover both of the workers and of the machineries, the productivity is increased, the qualit rejections are diminished and the unproductive times.
