Resumen
La investigación se plantea en base a la necesidad de reemplazar el centro de faenamiento
existente en el cantón Babahoyo, porque la demanda de productos cárnicos obtenidos
actualmente supera la capacidad de la infraestructura existente; proporcionalmente a la
demanda el volumen de desechos orgánicos aumenta y no pueden ser tratados en su
totalidad.
La investigación consiste en recopilar información, esta se encuentra detallada en el
marco teórico donde encontramos conceptualizaciones, procesos, usuarios, población a
servir y estudio de modelos análogos, teniendo como referencia el centro de faenamiento
existente, en el cual las visitas realizadas proporcionan información necesaria que permite
identificar sus falencias con respecto a las necesidades y requerimientos actuales. En esta
misma fase de la investigación se analiza el terreno dispuesto por la dirección de
ordenamiento territorial y control del municipio de Babahoyo para tal efecto, con lo cual
se procede al estudio del mismo para determinar si los aspectos climatológicos, topografía,
infraestructura, medio legal, son las adecuadas para implantar el nuevo proyecto.
Con la información obtenida se procede a realizar la programación arquitectónica en
función de todos los aspectos analizados anteriormente. Esta etapa consiste en determinar
los diferentes usuarios, sus funciones, y los espacios que generan. De los espacios
generados se determina la cuantificación de área, su respectiva cualificación y el
mobiliario que se usara en ellos para asi empezar el proceso de diseño arquitectónico.
The research raises based on the need to replace existing central slaughtering in the canton Babahoyo because demand for meat products obtained currently exceeds the capacity of existing infrastructure; proportion to the demand volume increases and organic waste cannot be treated in its entirety. The investigation is to gather information, this is detailed in the theoretical framework we find conceptualizations, processes, users, population served and study of analogous models, taking as reference the existing center slaughter in which the visits provide necessary information which identifies their shortcomings with respect to current needs and requirements. In this same stage of the investigation the field provided by the management of land use planning and control of the town of Babahoyo for this purpose, which is applicable to the study of it to determine examines whether the climatological, topography, infrastructure, the legal are appropriate to implement the new project. With the information obtained we proceed to perform the architectural programming based on all the aspects discussed above. This stage involves determining different users, their roles, and the spaces they generate. Spaces generated quantifying area, their respective qualifications and furniture that was used on them to also begin the process of architectural design is determined.
