dc.description.abstractEl proceso de gestión administrativa financiera representa un factor de importancia en el desarrollo de las actividades de una empresa u organización, una inadecuada gestión puede ocasionar que el negocio tenga problemas operativos lo cual repercute en los índices de rentabilidad. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la gestión administrativa y financiera del comercial Frank – Mers durante el periodo 2012 – 2016 y determinar cómo esta afecta los índices de rentabilidad del negocio. Basado en el estudio de tipo inductivo y del análisis de las fuentes de información primarias y secundarias, se determinó que las principales falencias son a nivel de la planeación estratégica de la organización, otras de las falencias evidenciadas fueron en el proceso de inventarios, de servicio al cliente y la falta de un análisis del entorno, esto repercute en los niveles de ventas y de utilidad del negocio. Se plantea un plan de mejora para la gestión administrativa, operativa y funcional del comercial, este proceso involucra a todo el personal de la empresa. La propuesta describe la planeación estratégica que debe seguir el negocio, el rediseño del proceso de inventarios y de servicio al cliente, un manual de funciones, finalmente se determinó que la inversión de la implementación de la propuesta asciende a $1.275,00es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe administrative financial management process represents a factor of importance in the development of the activities of a company or organization, a bad management can cause the business to have problems and operational errors which affects the profitability indexes of the company. The objective of this research work is to analyze the financial and administrative management of the commercial Frank - Mers during the period 2012 - 2016 and to determine how this affects the profitability indexes of the business. Based on the inductive study and the analysis of the primary and secondary information sources, it was determined that the main shortcomings are at the level of the strategic planning of the organization, others of the flaws evidenced were in the process of inventories and service the client and the lack of a manual of functions and responsibilities of the personnel, this affects the levels of sales and utility of the business. An improvement plan is proposed for the administrative, operational and functional management of the commercial, this process involves all the personnel of the company. The proposal describes the strategic planning that the business should follow, the redesign of the inventory process and customer service, a procedures and policies manual, finally it was determined that the investment of the implementation of the proposal amounts to $ 1,275.00.es_ES
