SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LA EXPERIENCIA DEL LEVANTAMIENTO DE INFORMACIÓN DEL DIAGNÓSTICO DE RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES EN UNA ENTIDAD FINANCIERA PÚBLICA

Resumen
Este trabajo se sistematización se basó en la etapa de levantamiento de información del diagnóstico de riesgos psicosociales de una entidad financiera pública de Guayaquil, ejecutado durante los meses de Mayo y Julio de 2018, cuyo objetivo fue describir la influencia del proceso de comunicación en la misma, para fortalecer la experiencia de los futuros estudiantes de psicología cuyo interés de titulación se relacione al contexto organizacional. Para llevar a cabo esta sistematización se contó con el análisis de literatura referente al tema de la comunicación, además, se realizó la revisión de guías de observación y entrevistas. Se tuvo como conclusión que el proceso de comunicación influye a medida que la comunicación en dirección descendente sea eficiente y eficaz, de manera que, quien transmite la información cuente con la capacidad de instruir y seguir procedimientos, también considerando las habilidades del grupo de prácticas para que se adapten a las estructuras jerárquicas
This systematization work was based on the stage of information gathering of the diagnosis of psychosocial risks of a public financial entity of Guayaquil, executed during the months of May and July of 2018, whose objective was to describe the influence of the communication process in the same, to strengthen the experience of future psychology students whose degree interest is related to the organizational context. In order to carry out this systematization, we counted on the literature analysis referring to the subject of the communication, in addition, the observation guides and interviews were revised. It was concluded that the communication process influences as communication in downward direction is efficient and effective, so that, who transmits the information has the ability to instruct and follow procedures, also considering the skills of the group of practices for that adapt to hierarchical structures
