| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir el resultado de los cuidados de atención de enfermería en pacientes pediátricos con traumatismo craneoencefálico del Hospital General Guasmo Sur Periodo 2017-2018, se ha observado que actualmente la sobre carga de trabajo que tienen las licenciadas y auxiliares de enfermería haciendo muchas veces imposible brindar una correcta atención, afecta especialmente a los pacientes pediátricos con Traumatismo Craneoencefálico (TCE), en la institución ya mencionada. Esta investigación, tendrá un impacto en el ámbito social, porque se ha ejecutado en beneficio de la población pediátrica con TCE que se atiende en el Hospital General Guasmo Sur, de esta manera se favorecerá con la depreciación de los costos que emanan de las estancias hospitalarias extensas, tanto para el Estado como para la comodidad de los familiares, asimismo se menguarán las complicaciones en el manejo de estos pacientes, al optimar la calidad de atención que les brinda el personal de enfermería tanto en lo profesional como en la calidez del trato con el usuario y con sus familiares. Los datos fueron obtenidos directamente en el área hospitalaria al personal de enfermería que atiende a los pacientes hospitalizados, por lo que fue necesario realizar entrevistas a estos profesionales para poder tener un conocimiento más profundo sobre el tipo de XIV problema que está sucediendo en el área de cuidados de atención de enfermería del hospital y a qué tipo de conclusiones se debería llegar. | es_ES |
