Resumen
Al observar la cantidad de madres trabajadoras pasando un momento crucial al no saber a donde dejar a sus hijos cuando les toca reintegrarse a sus trabajos debido que los lugares existentes en la actualidad no cumplen con sus expectativas y requerimientos, creando así una inestabilidad tanto en la madre como en el niño al tener que acudir a lugares no apropiados a dejarlos.
La empresa “GuCoVi” nace para ofrecer un servicio de guardería con la intervención de 3 socios que aportan para obtener un capital de $24.600 más un préstamo al banco de $16.000 permite alcanzar la cantidad de $40.600 para invertir. Sus objetivos principales a cumplir son:
Crear una guardería “control – virtual” para el sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
Contribuir para el continuo desarrollo de madres jóvenes que desean trabajar o seguirse preparando para sacar adelante a sus hijos, ampliando su espacio y no obligándolas a tener que quedarse en casa sin más opción.
La guardería va a tener un sistema de control mediante cámaras instaladas que estará disponible en red dentro de una página web donde se podrá visualizar las actividades desempeñadas dentro de la guardería en tiempo real, y estará disponible solo para las personas autorizadas.
Es muy fácil determinar la tendencia que actualmente tienen las guarderías a nivel nacional e internacional, ya que el involucramiento de la mujer en la actividad laboral que actualmente nos exige el entorno ha hecho que esta necesidad se multiplique y busque por todos los medios ser cubierta, convirtiéndose en los últimos años en un negocio atractivo y con gran potencial de desarrollo. Este proyecto ha tocado un punto muy importante y sensible de la sociedad que dará muy buenos resultados, y más aun cuando este brinda un servicio adicional como lo es el control virtual.
