dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de titulación se propone analizar los procesos de despacho, actual de la empresa FERRISALTOS en el área de bodega, con el fin de generar espacios limpios y ordenados de manera permanente y aumentar el rendimiento de la empresa, se utilizó un tipo de estudio descriptivo y observacional, mediante el análisis y propuesta de implementación de la metodología 5's, como herramienta de mejora en la bodega. Debido que la empresa en la actualidad presenta la insatisfacción en el cliente por retrasos en la entrega de la mercadería. Para analizar los problemas del proceso de despacho se realizó una encuesta a los trabajadores, además se realizó el Diagrama de Pareto para identificar el 80-20 de los problemas con la información obtenida. Se llegó a la conclusión que es factible la propuesta de implementación de la 5's, dado que por cada $1 invertido se obtendrá 91 ctvs. de ahorro.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe dispatch processes are proposed in the analysis of the present degree work in the "FERRISALTOS"company. In thewarehouse area, with the purpose of generating clean ordered spaces and to increase the performance of the company, in the warehouse area, a type of descriptive and observational study was used through the analysis and implementation proposal of the methodology, 5'sas a toolof improvement in the warehouse. Due to the fact that the company currently presents customer dissatisfaction fordelays in the delivery of the merchandise, to analyze the problems of the process of dispatch a survey was conducted to the workers.
