dc.description.abstractEste proyecto analiza la viabilidad de crear un bar-playa en Puerto Engabao, Cantón General Villamil Playas, el mismo que a través de la investigación de mercado ha permitido determinar que la demanda insatisfecha en cuanto a la falta de alternativas de turismo en esta zona es notablemente alta por lo que se considera que el proyecto presentado es comercialmente viable. Sus condiciones geográficas hacen de este sitio un lugar perfecto para realizar este tipo de emprendimiento ya que su clima es propicio para desarrollar la creación del bar. Pero existe inconformidad por parte de los turistas sobre la escasez de establecimientos de recreación en la zona. La problemática conllevó a realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un bar-playa, con la finalidad de aportar en el desarrollo turístico del cantón y del puerto, ofreciendo un establecimiento de recreación para diferentes tipos de clientes, lo que permite al cliente a pasar momentos de relajación y diversión. Para lograr esta meta el proyecto se financiará de la siguiente manera: el monto total de la inversión será de $ 79.453,74 dólares por lo que se procederá a realizar un préstamo en el BNF por un valor de $ 35.000,00 dólares y el restante se cubrirá con el aporte de los socios que suman un valor de $ 50.000,00 dólares. Luego de haber elaborado un estudio financiero, los indicadores muestran que este proyecto es factible y así establecer un emprendimiento beneficioso y que activará la economía del lugar, dando capacidad a la colaboración activa y mejorando el estilo de vida de la comuna.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis project examines the feasibility of creating a beach-bar in Puerto Engabao, General Villamil Playas Canton, the same as through market research has revealed that the unmet demand as to the lack of alternative tourism in this area is so remarkably high it is considering that the project submitted is commercially viable. Geographical conditions make this site a perfect place for this kind of venture place because its climate is conducive to develop the creation of the bar. But there is disagreement on the part of tourists about the lack of recreational facilities in the area. The problems led to conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a beach bar, in order to bring in the tourist development of the canton and the port, offering a recreation facility for different types of customers, enabling the customer to spend moments of relaxation and fun. To achieve this goal the project will be financed as follows: the total amount of investment will be $ 79,453.74 US dollars so it will proceed with a loan at the BNF for a value of $ 35,000.00 US dollars and the remaining it will be covered by the contribution of partners totaling a value of $ 50,000.00 US dollars. Having developed a financial study, the indicators show that the project is feasible and to establish a beneficial venture and activate the local economy, providing capacity to the active collaboration and improving the lifestyle of the community.es_ES
