dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo propone el análisis y diseño de un sistema de información para la gestión y seguimiento del área recreacional “Parque Samanes”, que cumpla con la necesidad para agilizar sus procesos y obtener un mejor control de las actividades que se efectúan en la misma y así poder tener una óptima toma de decisiones por parte de la Dirección de Gestión Turística y calidad de Servicio. Para respaldar el estudio del proyecto se realizaron investigaciones bibliográficas, indagación de repositorios y materiales que contribuyeron al avance del mismo obteniendo resultados positivos, así también entre ventajas y funcionalidades se compararon metodologías que permitieron escoger a Iconix como método de elaboración para el proyecto. Se pudo percatar que la metodología utilizada proporciono un eficiente resultado comparadas con las otras, debido que para la documentación y levantamiento de requerimientos del sistema se manejó casos de uso y diagramas como robustez, secuenciales, E/R entre otros que permitieron agilizar lo requerido satisfaciendo las necesidades de los usuarios. Para concluir se pudo implementar los métodos de investigación expuestos para recopilación de la información, en base a las técnicas cualitativas, utilizando las entrevistas y observación como herramientas para el desarrollo del sistema. Comprobando una vez más que la metodología cumple factiblemente con los objetivos expuestos de optimizar los procesos que se realizan actualmente y así contribuir con un sistema que permita el ingreso de los datos y elaboración de los reportes de indicadores ahorrando tiempo para efectuarlos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present research work proposes the analysis and design of an information system for the management and monitoring of “Samanes Park” in the recreational area that covers the need of speeding up its processes and obtain a better control of the activities which are developed in that place in so in the way “The Direction of Tourist Management and quality Service” can make optimus decisions. To support the study of this Project many tools were required such as: bibliographic researches, also repository inquiries and materials that contributed to the advance of this work which allowed this Project to produce positive results, also the advantages and features were analyzed and some methodologies which were carefully compared made possible to choose Iconix as an elaboration method for this Project. It could be established that the methodology which was used, provided an effective result in comparison with the other suggested methodologies due to the fact that for the documentation and requirements of the system, some usage cases were managed as well as robustness, sequential and E/R diagrams among others which allowed to speed up the required objective satisfying in this way the needs of the users. On the whole it is fair to mention that the exposed research methods could be applied for the gathering of the information, based on qualitative techniques, using the interview and observation as tools for the development of the system; proving once more that the methodology feasibly accomplishes the exposed objectives which is optimizing the processes that are developed nowadays contributing with a system that allows the data input and the elaboration of indicators reports optimizing in this way the time for these tasks.es_ES
