| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto consiste en implementar un sistema de respaldo y recuperación de la información para los servidores de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas perteneciente a la Facultad de Matemáticas y Físicas, ya que la institución no cuenta con un sistema automatizado para realizar dichas tareas, ya que lleva los procesos manualmente. La finalidad de implementar el proyecto es la de llevar una automatización de las tareas de respaldo para evitar la pérdida de información importante, para lo cual la propuesta contempla la implementación de un sistema de respaldo con tecnología Open Source “BACULA” para que se realice los procesos de una forma automatizada. La modalidad de la investigación del presente proyecto es de tipo factible, ya que busca solucionar el problema que existe en la actualidad en el departamento técnico y pretende hacer uso de herramientas y dispositivos tecnológicos que nos permitan utilizar la red de datos para guardar la información respaldada en un NAS (almacenamiento en red). La población seleccionada para llevar a cabo la investigación del presente proyecto será el personal del departamento técnico, docentes, estudiantes y personal administrativo de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales de la Universidad de Guayaquil, porque son los usuarios principales que se beneficiaran del uso de los servicios que brinda el departamento técnico | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This project is to implement a system backup and recovery of servers information for the Career Systems Engineering belonging to the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, as the institution does not have an automated system to perform such tasks as carrying processes manually. The purpose of implementing the project is to bring automation of backup jobs to avoid the loss of important information, for which the proposal includes the implementation of a backup system with Open Source technology "Bacula" in order to perform the an automated process. The research method of this type project is feasible, as it seeks to solve the problem that exists today in the technical department and intends to use technological tools and devices that allow us to use the data network to save the backup data on a NAS (Network Attached Storage).
