dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo investigativo se enfoca, en el turismo de la ciudad de Quevedo con la finalidad de elaborar un plan de promoción turística. El mismo que tuvo como problema principal el siguiente, ¿De qué manera las promociones turísticas contribuyen en el turismo de la ciudad de Quevedo?; El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue conocer la importancia que tiene un plan de promoción turístico útil y sostenible para la ciudad de Quevedo y sectores aledaños. Se conoce como la ciudad del rio, es una zona tradicional que está rodeada de ríos. La promoción turística es tener un buen producto o servicio, con un precio adaptado a la capacidad adquisitiva del mercado objetivo, y distribuido por los canales más adecuados para llegar a los clientes. Es importante destacar que la llegada de visitantes a una ciudad o un país genera ingresos económicos, por eso la importancia de la promoción turística y que los sitios turísticos estén adecuados de acuerdo a las expectativas generadas durante la promoción de los mismos. Este informe, se realizó mediante una búsqueda bibliográfica, relacionada con el turismo de Quevedo. Se aplicó en base a metodología, la cual se detalló sucintamente en el capítulo III; allí se describieron los instrumentos usados, tales como las encuestas, cuyos datos son tabulados en el capítulo IV y ordenados en forma de figuras. En la finalización del proyecto se detallaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se obtuvieron de acuerdo a los objetivos y resultados obtenidos. dc.description.abstractThe following research work focuses on tourism of the city of Quevedo in order to develop a tourism promotion plan. The same that had as main problem the next, How tourism promotions contribute to the tourism city of Quevedo?; The main objective of this research was to determine the importance of a tourism promotion plan useful and sustainable for the city of Quevedo and surrounding areas. It is known as the city of the river, is a traditional area that is surrounded by rivers. Tourism promotion is to have a good product or service, priced adapted to the purchasing power of the target market, and distributed by the most appropriate channels to reach customers. Importantly, the arrival of visitors to a city or a country generates income, so the importance of promoting tourism and tourist sites are suitable according to the expectations generated during the promotion thereof. This report was made by a literature search related to tourism Quevedo. It was applied based on methodology, which is explained briefly in Chapter III; there used instruments such as surveys, whose data are tabulated in Chapter IV and arranged in the form of figures were described. At project completion the conclusions and recommendations were obtained according to the objectives and results obtained are detailed.es_ES
