dc.description.abstractLa violencia contra la mujer, un problema incrementado en el año 2017 en nuestro país. La metodología cuantitativa, me sirvió para analizar las 3 entrevistas con respuestas muy acertadas para analizar el problema planteado en mi investigación. El temor hace que la mujer se frene en el intento de liberarse del maltrato, y no permite reaccionar ante los derechos que tenemos como seres humanos y mujeres. Los derechos que nos amparan, el Código Orgánico Integral Penal en sus artículos 155, 156, 157, 158 expresa que es la violencia contra la mujer y sus tipos, la Constitución en los artículos 11 y 66 detalla el Ejercicio de los Derechos y el Derecho de Libertad. ¿Qué podemos hacer? Entre mis propuestas está la creación de una Política Pública, compromiso social, difundir las leyes, realizar talles que cambien la mente y permitan una mejor calidad de vida para la mujer y la familia.es_ES
dc.description.abstractViolence against women, a problem increased in 2017 in our country. The quantitative methodology, served me to analyze the 3 interviews with very accurate answers to analyze the problem raised in my research. Fear causes women to stop trying to free themselves from abuse, and does not allow them to react to the rights we have as human beings and women. The rights that protect us, the Organic Comprehensive Criminal Code in its articles 155, 156, 157, 158 expresses that it is violence against women and its types, the Constitution in articles 11 and 66 details the Exercise of Rights and Rights of freedom. What can we do? Among my proposals is the creation of a Public Policy, social commitment, disseminate laws, make changes that change the mind and allow a better quality of life for women and families.es_ES
