Resumen
Los centros de prestación de servicios de Internet como los cyber , se encuentran en una etapa de remodelación, puesto que tienen que prepararse para las grandes demandas que presentan las competencias en cuando a promociones de uso del servicio de internet, pero dicho servicio no satisface algunas de las necesidades que requieren los clientes como por ejemplo la espera de un turno para usar el computador o el cobro por el uso de un tiempo mínimo de internet. Si bien es cierto, hoy en día la tecnología está al alcance de nuestras manos.En torno a esto; como futuros profesionales hemos considerado pertinente abordar un estudio minucioso en este importante tema. Siendo así que los cyber, no han permanecido al margen de cambio y de futuro, y fruto del trabajo llevado a cabo en su seno es la nueva implementación de “tarjeta prepago para un sistema de cyber con cinta magnética y el S.I. para reportes” que se plantea en este proyecto permitiendo la facilidad, eficiencia, atención y calidad a todos los usuarios que se benefician de los recursos literarios e investigativo para el aprendizaje, mejorando la utilización de los diferentes servicios que prestan los cyber.

This being the cyber, have not remained aloof from change and future, and the result of work carried out within it is the new implementation of " cyber prepaid card " that arises in this project allowing ease , efficiency, service and quality to all users benefit from the literary and investigative learning resources , improving the use of the various services provided by cyber .
