Abuso sexual conyugal en moradoras de la Isla Trinitaria atendidas en el Subcentro de Salud No. 3. Diseño y aplicación de un Area de Triaje

Resumen
El problema del abuso sexual no es una situación de reciente aparición, sino
que se ha dado desde mucho tiempo atrás, con severas repercusiones en la
sociedad, en la comunidad y en las familias; siendo un problema de salud pública,
la ya que repercute en la salud, las oportunidades económicas, los derechos, y el
bienestar de las mujeres. El presente trabajo se desarrolló en 40 mujeres víctimas
del abuso sexual conyugal, que acudieron al Subcentro de Salud Nº 3 de la Isla
Trinitaria de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La metodología utilizada en el presente
estudio es la cualitativa, la cual es empleada para abordar una investigación dentro
del campo de las ciencias sociales y humanísticas. Además, se utilizó el método
de estudio de casos, el cual es un método de investigación de gran relevancia para
el desarrollo de las ciencias humanas y sociales que implica un proceso de
indagación caracterizado por el examen sistemático y en profundidad de casos de
entidades sociales o entidades educativas únicas. Los resultados indicaron que la
mayoría de las participantes se encontraban entre 21 y 30 años, en un 75% han
terminado su bachillerato, la mayor parte estaban casadas o en unión libre, es
decir, conviven con su pareja, en muchos de los cuales se pudo determinar el
consumo elevado de alcohol y en menor proporción drogas; en un 50% comparte
los gastos del hogar, en algunos casos se presenta una subordinación y
dependencia en razón del factor económico, ya que no poseen un trabajo,
dependiendo de su cónyuge directamente.
The problem of sexual abuse is not a recent situation, but that has been given since long time ago, with severe repercussions in society, the community and families; being a public health problem, the that impact on health, economic opportunity, rights and well-being of women. The present work was developed on 40 women victims of spousal sexual abuse, who attended the subcenter of health no. 3 Trinitaria Island from the city of Guayaquil. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, which is used to address a research within the field of social and humanistic sciences. In addition, the method of case study, which is a method of research of great importance for the development of human and social sciences which implies a process of inquiry characterized by the systematic examination and in cases of social institutions or educational institutions unique depth was used. The results indicated that most of the participants were between 21 and 30 years, 75% have completed a Bachelor's degree, most were married or in common-law union, i.e., living with his partner, in many of which it was determined the high consumption of alcohol, and to a lesser extent drugs; 50% share the costs of the home, in some cases presents a subordination and dependence because of economic factors, since they don't have a job, depending on your spouse directly.
