Análisis del comercio informal en el cantón Durán y su incidencia en el desarrollo socioeconómico de sus habitantes, periodo 2020-2022

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre el comercio informal existente en el cantón Durán y como incide en el desarrollo socioeconómico de los habitantes durante los periodos 2020 -2022 a fin de identificar el impacto sobre el nivel de vida de la población y determinar posibles alternativas para dar solución ante esta problemática. Para el trabajo investigativo se aplicó un enfoque de carácter mixto que combina dos técnicas de investigación cualitativa, cuantitativa y se utilizó una investigación de tipo histórico y descriptiva, no experimental. Para la recolección de información se realizaron encuestas hacia los comerciantes informales en los alrededores del antiguo mercado “Cesar Yánez” y se hizo uso de entrevistas hacia autoridades del GAD municipal del cantón Durán en el que evidenciamos una percepción más cercana a esta problemática. Se concluye que la presencia del comercio informal prolonga la vulnerabilidad socioeconómica de los habitantes del cantón y retrasa el crecimiento y mejora de las condiciones de vida de los comerciantes informales.
