| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente en el mundo existe un notable desarrollo de la Industria alimenticia, lo que hace necesario el desarrollo constante de nuevos productos, sobre la base de las exigencias y expectativas de los clientes. Por esta razón también se provoca un aumento de la demanda en los productos orgánicos que poseen alto valor nutricional y no ocasionan daños a salud. La presente investigación consiste en el estudio de factibilidad para el lanzamiento de prototipos derivados de cacao en sociedad con APOVINCES, con la finalidad de contribuir al cambio de la matriz productiva. Para demostrar que la ejecución de este proyecto cuenta con diversos capítulos: el primero identifica el problema a investigar, formula los objetivos, justifica su realización y delimita su estudio; el segundo muestra el marco teórico –conceptual que sirvió de base para el estudio; el tercero aporta el marco metodológico que brinda los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos que serán necesarios para recopilar la información; el cuarto capítulo ofrece la propuesta con los nuevos prototipos a elaborar, sus especificaciones a través del mix de marketing y el estudio de mercado, técnico, administrativo y financiero. Finalmente se plantean las conclusiones y recomendaciones donde se muestra como resultado la rentabilidad del proyecto y se delinean acciones para su implementación | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Currently in the world there is a remarkable development of the food industry, necessitating the constant development of new products based on the demands and expectations of customers. For this reason, an increase in demand in organic products having high nutritional value and cause no health damage is also caused. This research is the feasibility study for the launch of prototypes derived from cocoa APOVINCES society, with the aim of contributing to the change of the productive matrix. To demonstrate that the implementation of this project has several chapters: the first identifies the research problem, formulate objectives justifies its implementation and defines its study; the second shows the conceptually theoretical framework that served as the basis for the study; the third provides the methodological framework that provides the methods, techniques and tools that will be needed to collect the information; The fourth chapter provides the proposal with the new prototypes to develop, their specifications through the mix and marketing and market research, technical, administrative, financial.
