dc.description.abstractEl presente tema de investigación, se centra en analizar las formas de juzgar al adolescente infractor, sin embargo, previo a ello he desarrollado concepciones generales sobre los mismos. Así mismo tomando en consideración que el adolescente es sumamente protegido a nivel internacional. Considerando que el juzgamiento de los adolescentes infractores tiene cierto carácter especial, que le diferencia del juzgamiento de los adultos, en el capítulo II también se ha abordado todo lo referente al proceso penal en relación directa a los adolescentes infractores y sus respectivas sanciones, así como también he desarrollado cada una de las Etapas Procesales para el juzgamiento de los mismos. Así mismo he desarrollado un análisis de cada una de las medidas socio-educativas que puedan aplicarse a un adolescente infractor una vez que se ha determinado su responsabilidad en el cometimiento de una infracción, considerándolos como una forma de reeducar al adolescente teniendo como fin su desarrollo.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe research´s topic of the present document focuses on analyzing the ways to judge a teenage offender, however, prior to that, perspectives about them have been developed. In the same way, the fact that a teenager is utterly protected around the world has been considered. Having in mind that the judgment of teenage offenders has a certain special character, which makes it different from the judgment of adults, in the second chapter all the aspects regarding to the criminal process in direct relationship with the teen offenders and their corresponding penalties have been approached. Each of the stages of the judgment process has been detailed. It has also been developed an analysis of each of the social and educational measures that can be applied to a teenage offender once it has been proved his or her responsibility concerning an infraction. The just mentioned measures are considered as a way to educate the teenager aiming to his or her development.es_ES
