| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo principal de la investigación se concentró en el análisis del sector de la educación y el gasto público en Ecuador en el periodo 2015-2021. Para el mismo se efectúa la propuesta alrededor de la educación en Ecuador, este a partir del análisis de lo investigado de los indicadores relacionados al analfabetismo, la tasa bruta de matrícula, los años promedios de escolaridad, entre otros. Consecutivamente se advierte el desarrollo de la situación fiscal del Ecuador, iniciado desde la investigación del déficit fiscal del Gobierno y la distribución destinadas para el financiamiento del desarrollo educativo. Para esta investigación se aplicará la metodología de correlación y descriptiva, indagando más al fondo por qué el cuestionable quebranto en los indicadores de la educación por el aminoramiento del gasto público. Bajo este parámetro se aplicó la estadística inferencial para poder determinar la relación como variable independiente, a la tasa bruta de matrícula nacional y la variable independiente, al gasto en educación e inversión pública. Estableciendo una relación tanto directa como positiva entre los conceptos expuestos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the research was focused on the analysis of the education sector and public spending in Ecuador in the period 2015-2021. For the same, the proposal is made around education in Ecuador, this from the analysis of the research of the indicators related to illiteracy, the gross enrollment rate, the average years of schooling, among others. Consecutively, the development of the fiscal situation of Ecuador is noted, initiated from the investigation of the fiscal deficit of the Government and the distribution destined for the financing of educational development. For this research, the correlation and descriptive methodology will be applied, investigating more deeply why the questionable breakdown in education indicators due to the reduction in public spending. Under this parameter, inferential statistics were applied to determine the relationship as an independent variable, to the national gross enrollment rate and the independent variable, to spending on education and public investment.
