La dislalia y su incidencia en la comunicación de los jóvenes de 15 a 29 años del programa de educación básica flexible e intensiva estudio a realizarse en el Colegio Teodoro Maldonado Carbo 2016 - 2017

Resumen
Las dislalias es una anomalía del lenguaje la cual, el punto clave es una mala articulación de los fonemas lo cual va a originar un lenguaje ininteligible para el receptor del mensaje que se desea transmitir ocasionado que ambas personas no se entiendan adecuadamente. La dislalia diagnosticada a una corta edad es mucho más factible ya que se lo corrige a tiempo y en una edad temprana la cual no altera el estado psicológico y social del paciente, mientras tanto si la dislalia no es tratada a tiempo puede ocasionar serios daños en la vida cotidiana de dicha persona ya que aumenta la discriminación social la cual va a con llevar que su actitud y la moral baje, la psiquis lo va a llevar a una depresión lo que va a dificultar la labor del terapista para recuperar ese paciente, hay que ver al paciente de una manera integral me refiero a una unidad biopsicosocial, cultural y espiritual capaz de razonar y comprender e interactuar con el medio que lo rodeo en base a esto saber trabajar cada tipo de paciente de una forma más amplia y dirigida a él, dado el caso de que este trabajo es para personas de 15 a 29 años de edad del programa básica flexible e intensiva del ministerio de educación, colegio fiscal “Teodoro Maldonado Carbo”, esta investigación es de campo de forma científica y descriptiva basada cualidades (destrezas del individuo para recuperarse). En este trabajo se utilizó la herramienta de la encuesta mediante la cual se trataron puntos clave para la rehabilitación de los pacientes, también se tomó muy en cuenta la predisposición de cada uno de los pacientes para salir adelante y cumplir con las terapias, para que el tratamiento funcione correctamente, se escogió la muestra a partir de los estudiantes inscritos en este programa y con los que cumplían con el criterio de inclusión a pacientes adolescentes y jóvenes con dificultades en la articulación de fonemas, a la misma vez ejerciendo los criterios de exclusión dentro de los cuales están los adolescente u joven sin dificultad para expresar cualquier tipo de lenguaje
The dislalias it is an anomaly of the language which, the key point is a bad joint of the phonemes which is going to originate an unintelligible language for the recipient of the message that is wanted to transmit caused that both persons do not understand each other adequately. The dislalia diagnosed to a short age is much more feasible since it is corrected in time and in an early age which does not alter the psychological and social condition of the patient, meanwhile if the dislalia is not treated in time it can cause serious hurts in the daily life of the above mentioned person since it increases the social discrimination which goes to in spite of taking that his attitude and the morality goes down, the psyche is going to take to a depression what is going to impede the labor of the therapist. To recover this patient, it is necessary to see the patient of an integral way I recount to a unit biopsicosocial, cultural and spiritual capable of reasoning and understanding and of interacting with the way that I it surround on the basis of this is able to work every type of patient of a form more wide and directed him, in view of the case of which this work is for persons 15 to 29 years of basic flexible and intensive age of the program of the department of education, become a member of association fiscal "Teodoro Maldonado Carbo", this investigation is of field of scientific and descriptive based form qualities (skills of the individual to recover). In this work there was in use the tool of the survey by means of which key points treated each other for the rehabilitation of the patients, also the predisposition was born very in mind of each one of the patients to go out forward and to expire with the therapies, in order that the treatment works correctly, the sample was chosen from the students inscribed in this program and with those who were fulfilling with the criterion of incorporation teen and young patients with difficulties in the joint of phonemes, to the same time exercising the criteria of exclusion inside which the adolescente or young woman are without difficulty to express any type of language
