dc.description.abstractUna de los principales obstáculos para que la educación sexual y reproductiva llegue con éxito a la educación secundaria es romper mitos y creencias que los docentes llevan consigo a lo largo de la vida, todos tienen sus estereotipos, tanto es así que aún se forman filas para hombres, otras para mujeres, solicitan forros de cuadernos que identifiquen el género y muchas otras cosas. La presente investigación se realiza en el colegio Simón Bolívar de la ciudad de Machala, el presupuesto para capacitación se consulta al departamento financiero, quien asegura que no hay presupuesto. El objetivo de nuestro estudio es determinar los valores conocimientos y actitudes en educación salud sexual y reproductiva en maestros del colegio Simón Bolívar. La metodología del estudio es cualitativa, la cual es de carácter descriptiva, el tipo de muestreo es el del informante clave e intencional. La entrevista realizada a maestros se caracteriza por ser semiestructurada con preguntas abiertas. Tuvieron el tiempo necesario para expresar sus ideas. El número de participantes es de diez docentes, Todas las preguntas son relacionadas con el tema de valores, actitudes y conocimiento sobre salud sexual y reproductiva, costumbres y creencias que son parte de sus vivencias, podemos observar que en pleno siglo 21 estas costumbres tienen espacios grandes en nuestro entorno, aún los maestros piensan que los adolescentes no deben tener disponibilidad de preservativos porque fomentan el libertinaje. Y eso hace el desafío para dar talleres de capacitación en salud sexual y reproductiva.es_ES
dc.description.abstractOne of the main obstacles to sexual and reproductive health education comes successfully to secondary education is to break myths and beliefs that teachers carry with them throughout life, all have their stereotypes, so much so that rows are still formed to men, other women, request liners notebooks identify gender and many other things. This research was done at Simon Bolivar School of the city of Machala; the training budget is consulting the finance department, who says that there is no budget. The aim of our study is to determine the values knowledge and attitudes sexual and reproductive health education in schoolteachers Simon Bolivar. The study methodology is qualitative, which is descriptive character, the type of sampling is the key and intentional informant. The teacher’sinterviews is characterized as semi-structured with open questions. They had the time to express their ideas. The number of participants is ten teachers, all questions are related to the issue of values, attitudes and knowledge about sexual and reproductive health, customs and beliefs that are part of their experiences, we see that in the 21st century these customs have spaces great in our environment, even the teachers think that as / teens should not have availability of condoms because they encourage licentiousness, and that makes the challenge to provide training workshops on sexual and reproductive healthes_ES
