Resumen
Los clubes profesionales de fútbol ecuatorianos vienen arrojando una complicada situaciòn econòmica desde mucho tiempo administraciònes irresponsables, gastos en plantillas obesas en cuanto a salarios y demandas multimillonarias han sumido a los clubes de nuestro fùtbol en deuda al borde de llevarlos a la bancarrota. El COVID-19 como un factor determinante ha acelerado el estrangulamiento financiero de estos clubes ya qu8e a causa del virus los ingresos han disminuido notablemente pero parece haber una luz al final del túnel , una repuesta jurìdica que le permita a los clubes transformar su estructura jurìdica y convertirse en un tipo de compañía mercantil para asì buscar inversiòn econòmica y protegerse de las malas administraciònes otorgándole responsabilidad a los directivos que pasen por el club y dejen déficit en ellos. La presente tesis para la consecuciòn del titulo de abogado de los tribunales tiene como meta definir las virtudes de dicha transformaciòn para incluir, un nuevo tipo de compañía mercantil que sea beneficioso para las sociedades deportivas en el Ecuador
The Ecuadorian professional soccer clubs have been throwing a complicated economic situation for a long time, irresponsible administrations, expenses in obese staff in terms of salaries and multimillion-dollar lawsuits have plunged our soccer clubs into debt on the verge of taking them to bankruptcy. COVID-19 as a determining factor has accelerated the financial strangulation of these clubs since, due to the virus, revenues have decreased significantly, but there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel, a legal response that allows clubs to transform their legal structure. and become a type of trading company in order to seek economic investment and protect itself from mismanagement by giving responsibility to the directors who pass through the club and leave a deficit in them. The present thesis for the achievement of the title of lawyer of the courts has as its goal to define the virtues of said transformation to include a new type of commercial company that is beneficial for sports societies in Ecuador
