dc.description.abstractLos ERP (Planificador de Recursos Empresariales) a lo largo de los años fueron un pilar fundamental para las empresas y la gestión empresarial al momento de controlar, supervisar los movimientos de una empresa y una herramienta importante al momento de realizar la toma de decisiones, ayudando a la gestión empresarial. Esta herramienta permitirá a INTERTUBEP S. A. mejorar la atención que brinda a sus clientes, ya que contará con un sistema que facilitará la facturación y cotización además de contar con información consistente gracias a la interacción que tiene el sistema con cada uno de los módulos que el sistema ERP tiene implementado. En el desarrollo del sistema se empleó Scrum como metodología ágil, esta metodología de desarrollo consiste en realizar una reunión inicial donde se definió los alcances y entregables por módulo, además de definir las fecha de finalización de cada entregable que fueron divididas en interacciones o sprint donde se le daba prioridad al entregable más importante para INTERTUBEP S. A., para la realización del sistema se llegó en consenso con el equipo de trabajo utilizar las herramientas como: Java como lenguaje de programación, Spring como entorno de trabajo, MVC como arquitectura lógica de desarrollo, primefaces como herramienta de presentación junto con JSF y HTML5. Las tecnologías y metodologías utilizadas en el desarrollo del sistema son las que actualmente el mercado maneja para el desarrollo de importantes sistemas, lo cual hace que el sistema ERP este a la vanguardia y sea fácil para cualquier persona que conozca de estas herramientas. Este sistema ERP llevado de la mano con una buena utilización y manejo será de gran aporte para INTERTUBEP S.A. ya que alcanzará niveles de satisfacción altos para sus clientes como empleado, porque contará con un sistema confiable y seguro donde sus actividades serán más fáciles de realizar.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) over the years were a mainstay for businesses and business management at the time of control, monitor the movements of a company and an important tool at the time of performing the making decisions, helping business management. This tool allows to INTERTUBEP S. A. improve the attention given to its customers, because that will have a system that will facilitate billing and quotation as well as having consistent information thanks to the interaction that has the system with each of the modules in ERP has implemented. Scrum which is an agile methodology, was used in the development of the system with the team this development methodology consists in performing an initial meeting where are defined the scope and deliverables by module, in addition to defining the date of completion of each deliverable, which were divided into interactions or phases which gave priority to the most important deliverable to INTERTUBEP S. A., for the realization of the system reached in consensus with the team used tools such as: Java as a programming language, Spring as a work environment, MVC as a logical development architecture, primefaces as along with JSF and HTML5 presentation tool. Technologies and methodologies used in the development of the system are that the market currently manages the development of major systems, which makes the system this ERP to the forefront and will be easy for anyone know of these tools. This led ERP system of the hand with a good utilization and management will be of great contribution to INTERTUBEP S.A. since it reached levels of satisfaction to our customers as an employee, because they will have a safe and reliable system where its activities will be easier to perform.es_ES
