| dc.description.abstract | En este análisis de caso se trató a una paciente con discromía dental ocasionada por un tratamiento de conducto mal realizado, dejando residuos de pulpa en el canal del nervio, obturándolo y teniendo como resultado el fracaso total de la endodoncia. El objetivo principal de este tratamiento era recuperar el color natural de la pieza dentaria afectada a través del uso del Opalescence Endo en diente no vital como primera alternativa en tratamiento no invasivo para obtener así, la armonía bucal de la paciente suprimiendo sus problemas estéticos. Luego de la aplicación de la técnica ambulatoria "walking bleach" “Opalescence Endo” se devolvió el color original del diente no vital. Una solución rápida, efectiva, económica e innovador para el aclaramiento en dientes anteriores por interrupción del transporte vascular. Al finalizar el tratamiento se satisfizo las necesidades de la paciente obteniendo resultados positivos y devolviéndole la funcionabilidad y armonía bucal sin olvidar la solución a la inconformidad que tenía al momento de sonreír o hablar. Se concluyó que el uso de esta técnica fue la más viable, rápida y económica para solucionar el problema. Por último, se le indicó a la paciente, que debe visitar al odontólogo cada tres o seis meses para un respectivo seguimiento y asegurar que el tratamiento no presente ningún problema a futuro. | es_ES |

After the a conservative treatment to restore aesthetics in darkened or stained with the use of ambulatory technique "walking bleach" "Opalescence Endo" non-vital teeth back the original color of the posterior tooth vital importance not to endodontic treatment, a fast, effective, economical and innovative solution for anterior teeth clearance by vascular transport disruption. After treatment, the needs of the patient with positive results and restoring the functionality and harmony without forgetting Oral Solution to nonconformity held at the time to smile or talk.
