Resumen
Estamos en el umbral de una nueva era en los apéndices de órtesis y prótesis ya no será mecanismos separados y sin vida, sino que serán extensiones íntimas del cuerpo humano, estructural, neurológicamente, y de forma dinámica. Teniendo en cuenta que la era de las piernas de madera está dentro de memoria viva
El uso de una de Ortesis y Prótesis, los pacientes aprenden precisamente son situación socioeconómica de las personas con discapacidad y su familia
Con la formación profesional recibida en la carrera se logra ayudar a muchas personas de 40 a 50 años, con discapacidad, que necesitan de estos servicios, para que estas abandonen el lugar donde su discapacidad o limitaciones físicas les mantiene marginados y se puedan integrar nuevamente sus vidas activas, y ser útiles a la sociedad.
En el presente trabajo se presentan varios capítulo . Cada uno de ellos se describe paulatinamente. Se detallan dos casos, uno requiere una prótesis y otro que necesita una ortesis larga, se describen las patologías causales, el proceso de fabricación de los aparatos tanto ortesico como protésico, así como las recomendaciones para su uso y el costo de cada uno de ellos
Esta investigación está formada de los siguientes capítulos:
Capítulo I se presenta el planteamiento, formulación y evaluación del problema junto con sus objetivos, justificación y la importancia del presente tema investigado.
Capítulo II esta se describe de forma detallada los aspectos más relevantes del problema que están situados en la fundamentación teórica, como descripción de ensayos de aptitud, objetivos y principales propósitos, tipos de esquemas , métodos estadísticos usados y descripción del programa de control externo tomado como base, también se expone la fundamentación legal, las hipótesis y las variables. Capítulo III, se presenta la metodología empleada con todos los procedimientos que han ayudado a obtener los resultados, como también los criterios para elaborar la propuesta frente al problema observado. Capítulo IV, este comprende el cronograma de actividades realizadas en esta investigación y los recursos con los que se contaron para la recolección de la información necesaria para el análisis. Se realiza el análisis de los resultados obtenidos vinculándolos al cumplimiento o no de los objetivos específicos. Además se muestran las conclusiones establecidas a partir del análisis del estudio y las recomendaciones

Chapter III, the methodology used is presented with all the procedures that have helped to obtain the results, as well as the criteria to elaborate the proposal in front of the observed problem. Chapter IV, this includes the chronogram of activities carried out in this investigation and the resources with which they were counted for the collection of the necessary information for the analysis. The analysis of the results obtained is carried out linking them to the fulfillment or not of the specific objectives.
