| dc.description.abstract | Existen factores endógenos que pueden modificar la estructura amelogénica de las piezas dentarias. El propósito de este trabajo de titulación es solucionar este tipo de manchas estéticas mediante la aplicación de procesos mínimamente invasivos. Se toma como referencia una paciente de 14 años de edad con presencia de hipocalcificación en las piezas 11 y 21, la misma que fue atendida en la Facultad Piloto de Odontología de la Universidad de Guayaquil el 28 de marzo del año 2016. Se realizó una recopilación bibliográfica del tratamiento a seguir: los resultados fueron muy satisfactorios pues la mancha de hipocalcificación disminuyó notablemente. Conclusión: Se ha podido comprobar la eficacia de la aplicación del Opalustre, para alteraciones del esmalte, es este caso un problema de hipocalcificación que fue satisfactoriamente tratado utilizando un tratamiento abrasivo mínimamente invasivo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | There endogenous factors that can modify the amelogénica structure of the teeth. The purpose of this paper is to solve titling this type of cosmetic stains by applying minimally invasive procedures. It draws on a female patient of 14 years with the presence of hypocalcification in parts 11 and 21, the same was treated at the Pilot School of Dentistry at the University of Guayaquil on 28 March 2016. A literature compilation of treatment to be performed: the results were very satisfactory because the stain of hypocalcification decreased markedly.
