The uterine hypodynamias are complications of labor that are very often observed in the work rooms of the operating units that provide this care; Pathophysiologically, they are characterized as failures or interruptions in the adequate nerve conduction between the uterine muscle fiber and oxytocic substances. Organic and psychological factors that appear during labor, especially in an adolescent, are responsible for the release of neurotransmitter substances capable of hindering the nerve conduction of the physiological Ferguson reflex, thus translating it into a uterine hypodynamic. In the following research work a quantitative methodology, descriptive type and transversal non-experimental field design was used, where the main results showed that the age group of adolescents with the highest percentage of uterine hypodynamic with 49% is the late stage, showing also related to organic factors such as nulliparity in 56%, psychological to the perception mainly of fear with 32% and nervousness in 23%, thus having a higher percentage in presenting this complication
