Agilitar el Proceso de Emisiòn de Certtificados Mediante la Implementaciòn de un SOFTWARE en la CISC Certimatico

Resumen
El Proyecto consiste en Implementar un software que cumpliendo con los parámetros
básicos para la obtención de certificados, permita la impresión de los mismos, en
cuestión de minutos.
Durante nuestros años de carrera universitaria hemos observado la problemática que
origina el obtener un Certificado Universitario, el tiempo que nos toma y los gastos
que se generan. Obtener un simple certificado puede demorar de 2 a 4 días, o más,
dependiendo del mismo. Sabemos que existe un factor común para la obtención de
cualquier documento, que son, la solicitud, comprar la especie valorada y en
ocasiones el derecho de copia. Realizando investigaciones de campo notamos que
esta problemática existió o existe en otras Universidades, las cuales se encuentran
buscando soluciones rápidas y eficientes. Es por eso que observamos diferentes tipos
de Kioscos. Realizando una encuesta en nuestra Carrera a los alumnos de los
diferentes semestres, los resultados reflejan que el alumno sí desea un mejor método, rápido y eficiente para la obtención de certificados. La solución planteada, el “Certimático”, consiste en un software, donde se podrán obtener certificados impresos en cualquier momento, el cual se lo podría implementar en un kiosco
electrónico, como un cajero automático. Para esto primero el alumno deberá acercarse a la secretaría a presentar la especie valorada comprada, indicando el valor. Todo alumno poseerá un saldo, cuando el alumno presenta la especie, se le acredita a su saldo el valor de la especie, entonces al acercarse al kiosco el tendrá un saldo a su
favor. En el kiosco el alumno se identifica con su número de cédula y una clave, luego escoge el certificado a imprimir, si el saldo es suficiente el podrá obtener impreso el certificado al instante, debitándosele el valor de la impresión. Si el alumno desearía puede presentar la especie un día e imprimir el certificado después, porque
su saldo estaría registrado en la Base de Datos. Se llevará un registro de todos los certificados impresos, todas las especies valoradas presentadas, para en cualquier momento obtener un reporte de aquello, ya sea para control, auditoría, etc. Es por eso que la solución consta de dos software. Un software Administrador, el cual funcionará
en Secretaría o en el área Administrativa de la Carrera y el software Kiosco para la emisión de los certificados, que puede funcionar en varios computadores a la vez. En conclusión el “Certimático” nos permitirá reducir el tiempo para la obtención de certificados en un 95%, llevar un mejor control y registro de certificados, permitir
automatizar los procesos internos de la Carrera, ahorrar tiempo útil tanto al alumno como al personal administrativo, tiempo el cual puede ser aprovechado de una mejor manera.

The proposed solution, the "Certimático" consists of an electronic kiosk, as an ATM, where you can get certificates printed at any time. For this first the student should approach the secretariat to present the purchased valued species, indicating the value. All students shall have an account, when the student presents the species is credited to your account the value of the species, then when approaching the kiosk will have a balance in his favor. At the kiosk the student is identified with its identification number and password, then choose the certificate to be printed, if the balance is not enough to be able to get the certificate printed instantly debited from your account the value of print. If the student can present the kind wishes one day and then print the certificate because the balance would be registered in the database.
