dc.description.abstractThis thesis was developed to determine the axes and obtain a reading comprehension in English using pedagogical instruments such as the Reading Skills called "Skimming and Scanning" as Foreign Language "English" for the 8th grade students of Baccalaureate Colegio Aguirre Abad of the city of Guayaquil academic period 2018 - 2019. This thesis promotes the initiative towards reading based on the general fact that every good reader seeks to read what motivates them, it may be that they use an electronic means to read but if they do not understand what they read, it will be a waste of time to read and attention decreases over time making the reader a passive student with low grades and poor school performance. The author of this research project used research techniques to evaluate and survey students and interview teachers from the school campus "Aguirre Abad" At the end of this research project the author applied his proposal based on the purpose of clarifying the use of Skimming and Scanning reading techniques as well as being a source of reading in the good knowledge of education to ensure that students Learn English The research work ended up sitting on its last pages that reading and reading comprehension are both motivated by a student who has the habit of reading and learning. That if he does have the knowledge, he does not understand and therefore he does not learn something new. That reading gives us the imagination to dream and promote our ideals. That reading is based on techniques to understand and it must be motivating if you want to reach the point of reading comprehensiones_ES
dc.description.abstractlectora en inglés valiéndose de instrumentos pedagógicos como son la Técnicas de Lectura denominadas “Skimming y Scanning” como Idioma extranjero “Inglés” para los estudiantes de Octavo año de Educación en Bachillerato del Colegio Aguirre Abad de la ciudad de Guayaquil periodo 2018 – 2019. Esta tesis promueve la iniciativa hacia la lectura basándose en el hecho general de que todo buen lector busca leer lo que los motiva, puede ser que este utilice un medio electrónico para leer pero si el no comprende lo que lee, será un tiempo desperdiciado en leer y la atención disminuye con el tiempo haciendo del lector un estudiante pasivo con bajas calificaciones y bajo rendimiento escolar. El autor de este proyecto de investigación uso las técnicas de investigación para evaluar y encuestar a estudiantes y entrevistar a docentes del plantel educativo Colegio “Aguirre Abad” Al final de este proyecto de investigación el autor del mismo aplicó su propuesta basada en la finalidad de esclarecer el uso de las técnicas de lectura Skimming y el Scanning así como ser una fuente de lectura en el buen saber de la educación para lograr que los estudiantes aprendan el inglés. El trabajo de investigación terminó de sentar en sus últimas páginas que la lectura y la comprensión lectora están las dos motivadas por un estudiante que tiene el hábito por leer y aprender. De que si no entiende el no comprende y por ende no aprende algo nuevo. De que la lectura no da la imaginación para soñar e impulsar nuestros ideales. De que la lectura se basa en técnicas para comprender y ella debe ser motivante si se desea llegar al punto de la Comprensión lectoraes_ES
