Resumen
Este estudio de investigación se enfocará en el "rediseño integral e implementación de áreas verdes y mobiliario urbano en el parque y plaza lúdica ubicada en la calle Panamá". Su objetivo principal es llevar a cabo una reestructuración completa de las áreas actuales, con la meta de ofrecer nuevos espacios adaptados a las diversas actividades generadas en el entorno y a los variados usuarios que frecuentan el lugar. La propuesta abarca una intervención integral en ambos espacios, con una perspectiva orientada a mejorar significativamente el mencionado sector. Se contempla la integración de zonas tanto pasivas como activas, con la intención de permitir la realización de diversas tareas por parte de los usuarios. Este enfoque integral busca no solo transformar físicamente el entorno, sino también enriquecer la experiencia de quienes disfrutan de estas áreas, contribuyendo así a la calidad de vida y al bienestar comunitario.
This research study will focus on the "comprehensive redesign and implementation of green areas and urban furniture in the park and playground located on Panama Street". Its main objective is to carry out a complete restructuring of the current areas, with the goal of offering new spaces adapted to the various activities generated in the environment and to the varied users who frequent the place. The proposal includes an integral intervention in both spaces, with a perspective oriented to significantly improve the aforementioned sector. It contemplates the integration of both passive and active areas, with the intention of allowing users to carry out various tasks. This comprehensive approach seeks not only to physically transform the environment, but also to enrich the experience of those who enjoy these areas, thus contributing to the quality of life and community welfare.
