dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de la investigación está relacionado con la mejora continúa buscando la eficiencia y eficacia. A través del Manual de Proceso a la empresa Centralimentos S.A. en la ciudad de Guayaquil, Ecuador. Un manual de proceso ha permitido hacer la diferencia un antes y un después en instituciones públicas o privadas. Empezando a tener un cambio secuencial para el beneficio de la entidad mejorando el desempeño del personal. Para desarrollar la investigación se utilizó la metodología descriptiva mediante la técnica de observación y entrevista. Para tener un adecuado proceso en la investigación y obteniendo un resultado técnico. Se evidenció que en el área de bodega no hay un proceso adecuado por el personal a cargo, ocasionando mermas en los productos por compras excesivas y no llevar un registro ordenado. La mala coordinación con otras áreas relacionadas a los procesos de bodegas causa desconocimiento de las funciones y abastecimiento en el área en mención. La empresa Centralimentos S.A. no tiene un Manual de Proceso precisamente en el área de bodega. El propósito de esta investigación es realizar un manual de proceso que permita mejorar el desempeño laboral de las actividades mediante una guía textual y flujograma, con el fin de conocer cuáles son las funciones para minimizar el tiempo y recursos de la organización.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work of the research is related with the continuous improvement looking for the efficiency and effectiveness. Through the Manual of Process to the company Centralimentos S.A. in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. A process manual has allowed the difference between before and after in public or private institutions. Beginning to have a sequential change for the benefit of the company improving the staff performance. To develop the research, it was used the descriptive methodology through of the observation and the interview. To have a suitable process in the investigation and obtaining a technical result. It was evidenced that in the warehouse area there is not a suitable process by the personnel in charge causing losses in the products for excessive purchases and don not keeping an orderly record. The bad relationship with other areas causes unknowledge of the function that have been made on the job. The company Centralimentos S.A. does not have a Process Manual precisely in the warehouse area. The purpose of this investigation is to achieve a process manual that allows to improve the labor performance of the activities through of a textual guide and flowchart. Knowing which are the functions to minimize the time and resources of the organization.es_ES
