Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación propone el desarrollo de un sistema web para la Dirección Provincial de Riego, Drenaje y Dragas, con el objetivo de brindarles un servicio confiable, seguro y de fácil manejo que mejore la administración y control en la recepción de la documentación, asegurando la preservación de la misma, otorgando así un servicio de consulta inmediata que sea eficiente y acertada. Una vez se encuentre en funcionamiento sistema web, mejorará el proceso que actualmente la Dirección lleva. Para el desarrollo del sistema web se utilizó herramientas de software community, que no tienen costo. Mediante el empleo de una metodología técnica se llevó a cabo verazmente los diferentes procesos que son: Análisis, Diseño, Programación, Pruebas e Implementación, dando como resultado una interfaz de usuario que permite corroborar el funcionamiento correcto y completo del sistema, lo que permite a los usuarios en general hacer uso de esta herramienta tecnológica, en especial los que laboran directamente en el proceso al cual se está enfocando este proyecto, que es, en la recepción y seguimiento de la documentación.
The present graduation work proposes the development of a web system for the “Dirección Provincial de Riego, Drenaje y Dragas”, with the objective of providing a reliable, safe and easy service that improves the administration and control in the reception and dispatch of documentation, assuring their preservation and providing an immediate query service that will be efficient and successful. Once running, the web system will improve the process that is currently carried by the Direction. For the web system development were used community software tools, which are free of charging. There was used a technical methodology veraciously in the different processes that are: Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing and Implementation, resulting in a user interface that allows corroborating the proper and complete operation, which allows the users to use this technological tool, especially those who work directly in the process to which this Project is focusing on that is, reception and sending of documentation.
