dc.description.abstractEl siguiente proyecto se realizó para reducir el tiempo de cambios de formatos en la línea de envasado de bebida gaseosas. Aplicando las Técnicas Smed se minimiza esta operación en donde se elabora productos en sistemas continuos mediante una respectiva investigación de campo llegando a disminuir este periodo que se ejecuta esta actividad, teniendo como finalidad maximizar el uso de maquinarias mano de obra directa ubicada en la línea de producción #1 favoreciendo a los indicadores de gestión “utilización de línea” rentabilidad y sustentabilidad” parte fundamental para la estabilidad de la empresa. Aplicado en la llenadora de envases, realizando esta tarea de forma más sencilla, sin complicaciones, debido al cambio de tornillería que se cambió en los postes fijos de la máquina, realizando capacitaciones al personal operativo teniendo como soporte un manual determinando, los métodos descriptivos e inductivos que se aplicaron durante el presente proyecto. Se implementó en el área de producción con la finalidad de mejorar la eficiencia en la parte antes mencionada, teniendo como resultado mayor volumen de producción en la planta.se obtiene como conclusión una tendencia positiva de la técnica antes citada, esta herramienta es muy importante tenerla vigente para su ejecución en donde intervienen colaboradores directos, lideres, personal de mantenimiento, ya que ayuda a reducir el tiempo de esta labor, con el cual se aportará positivamente a la productividad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe following project was carried out to reduce the time of format changes in the carbonated beverages packaging line. Applying the Smed Techniques, this operation is minimized when products are produced in continuous system by decreasing this period that this activity is executed by a thorough investigation into this system. The purpose of this operation is to maximize the use of machinery of direct labor located in the line of Production # 1 favoring the management indicators "use of line, profitability, and sustainability” which are fundamental for the stability of the company. When applied in the filling of the bottles, the performance of this task is much simpler and is done without complications. Due to the change of screws that were changed in the fixed posts of the machine, the conduction training to the operating personnel is much easier when using the manual as support. These descriptive methods and inductive factors were applied during this current project. It was implemented in the production area in order to improve the efficiency in the part mentioned above, resulting in a greater volume of production in the plant. In conclusion, the overall result is a positive trend in regards to using this technique. This tool is very important to have and to be in forced for its execution where direct collaborators, leaders, maintenance personnel take part and because it helps to reduce the time of this work. This will contribute positively to the productivityes_ES
