| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se efectúa en la agencia 123 del Banco XYZ, donde dieron apertura con los requerimientos de información (manuales de crédito, procesos y estudio de créditos), donde se recaudó evidencia suficiente y adecuada respecto a la morosidad y el impacto que le genera al banco. El diseño de investigación está basado en la modalidad cualitativa y cuantitativa y el método de investigación adoptado es el inductivo, citando como ejemplo: Retiro de inversión en la cartera microcrédito, debido a la inestabilidad que atraviesa el país, además se analizó el proceso de crédito y estudio previo que se ejecuta a los solicitantes, detectándose procesos no eficientes, eficaces y oportunos, lo cual genera mi propuesta “Diseño de un manual de políticas y procedimientos, con el objetivo de prevenir y mejorar los controles del proceso microcrédito para el sistema financiero”, concluyendo con una mejoría en el flujo del proceso de crédito y una reducción de la morosidad mediante un estudio financiero profundo del solicitante, negocio y de la unidad familiar. | es_ES |
