Resumen
La presente investigación sobre la evaluación ecográfica de cicatriz uterina como predictor de ruptura de gestante con cesárea previa, es un tema de gran relevancia, donde se evidencia la carencia de un control por imagen que permite prevenir complicaciones en la mujer, dicha investigación fue realizada en el Hospital Rafael Rodríguez Zambrano de la ciudad de Manta, si bien es cierto la cicatriz uterina es el resultado de la cicatrización de la histerorrafia generalmente ocasionado por una cirugía gineco-obstétricia, si ésta sufre ruptura podría traer consigo complicaciones sumamente graves para la mujer por lo tanto, el objetivo general de esta investigación es evaluar por estudio ecográfico la cicatriz como predictor de ruptura en las gestante con cesáreas previas . La metodología aplicada en este estudio se lo llevó a cabo mediante el enfoque cuantitativo con paradigma positivista los métodos aplicados fueron analítico-sintético inductivo y dialéctico. Se tomo un universo total de la investigación
