Resumen
Este trabajo constituye una investigación sobre la influencia del plan turístico en donde por medio de un análisis internacional se podrá conocer la imagen turística que el Ecuador pueda tener y como incide con el desarrollo sostenible, el turismo puede incitar el crecimiento económico, generando empleo y oportunidades a empresarios, el mismo que va a ayudar a millones de personas a mejorar su calidad de vida generando un ingreso. El turismo ayuda a fomentar la igualdad de género, la subsistencia de los ecosistemas, de la biodiversidad y el resguardo del patrimonio natural y cultural, siempre que se utilicen adecuadas políticas. De igual forma, un turismo con enfoque inclusivo y participativo puede apoyar los esfuerzos destinados a construir una cultura pacifista, promoviendo el entendimiento mutuo a través de la estimulación del dialogo. Por tal motivo, se realizó una investigación para determinar el grado de aceptación mediante el método explicativo y poder establecer las preferencias que tiene el turista al momento de elegir un destino por conocer según lo establece el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir. El desarrollo turístico crece a pasos agigantados en donde se siguen superando los sectores tradicionales, tanto así que cada día toma más importancia a nivel mundial, motivo por el cual se debe tener más control en las gestiones por realizarse donde deberá intervenir de manera efectiva los Ministerios de Turismo y de Cultura y Patrimonio , los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados de los distintos cantones, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana y poder limitar el crecimiento desorganizado de operadoras mediante entes que no tienen la preparación necesaria para mantener una buena imagen para promover el intercambio de la cultura turística, el emprendimiento mediante sus proyectos y actividades por desarrollarse.
This work constitutes a research about the influence of the tourist plan where, through an international analysis, it will be possible to know the tourist image that Ecuador may have and how it affects sustainable development, tourism can encourage economic growth, generating employment and opportunities entrepreneurs, the same that will help millions of people improve their quality of life by generating an income. Tourism helps to promote gender equality, the subsistence of ecosystems, biodiversity and the protection of natural and cultural heritage, provided that appropriate policies are used. Similarly, a tourism with an inclusive and participatory approach can support efforts aimed at building a pacifist culture, promoting mutual understanding through the stimulation of dialogue. (World Tourism Organization, 2017, p.3) For this reason, an investigation was conducted to determine the degree of acceptance by the explanatory method and to establish the preferences that the tourist has when choosing a destination to be known as established by the National Plan for Good Living. Tourism development is growing by leaps and bounds where traditional sectors continue to be exceeded, so much so that every day it becomes more important worldwide, which is why we must have more control in the negotiations to be carried out where the Ministries must intervene in an effective way. of Tourism and Culture and Heritage, the Decentralized Autonomous Governments of the different cantons, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility and to limit the disorganized growth of operators through entities that do not have the necessary preparation to maintain a good image to promote the exchange of the tourist culture, entrepreneurship through its projects and activities to be developed.
