| dc.description.abstract | El propósito de este trabajo investigativo es dar a conocer como la innovación tecnológica de la comunicación ha sido relevante e influyente en el periodismo televisivo y ciudadanía del cantón Quevedo. Los medios de comunicación televisivos en el cantón Quevedo, desde su surgimiento han tenido grandes avances e innovación tecnológica especialmente en esta última década de la digitalización; definiendo así posturas de interés, ideologías y pasiones en la ciudadanía televidente Quevedeña. La ciudad de Quevedo posee dos canales de comunicación audiovisual con señal abierta, aprobadas por el consejo nacional de radiodifusión y televisión (CORNATEL) desde el 17 de septiembre del 2008. Los mismos que desde gozan de gran aceptación televisiva. En la actualidad la tecnología es de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la comunicación, especialmente para la comunicación audiovisual, debido a que la innovación tecnológica permite adquirir nuevos conocimientos y emplearlos de manera útil en esta nueva era digital de competitividad y servicios en pro y beneficio de la ciudadanía. El aporte de la comunicación y sus avances tecnológicos, ha permitido a la ciudadanía Quevedeña vivir de cerca hechos importantes y relativos que acontecen en su medio y en el mundo. Sin embargo se puede evidenciar posibles problemáticas en cuanto a tecnología de equipos, personal profesional, e instalaciones adecuadas, las mismas que tienen alternativas de cambio o soluciones. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this investigative work is to make known how the technological innovation of communication has been relevant and influential in the television journalism and citizenship of the canton Quevedo. The television media in the canton of Quevedo, since its emergence have had great advances and technological innovation especially in this last decade of digitization; Thus defining positions of interest, ideologies and passions in the viewer Quevedeña citizenship. The city of Quevedo has two channels of audiovisual communication with open signal, approved by the National Council of Broadcasting and Television (CORNATEL) since September 17, 2008. Those who have enjoyed great television. Today, technology is of vital importance for the development of communication, especially for audiovisual communication, because technological innovation allows to acquire new knowledge and to use it in a useful way in this new digital age of competitiveness and services for profit and benefit of citizenship.
