dc.description.abstractLa siguiente investigación tiene como propósito analizar a fondo la ONG. FCNA-ECUADOR, para encontrar variables que permitan identificar el problema y poder desarrollar e implementar un nuevo sistema operativo dado que esta Fundación está aportando a muchos niños, adolecente y Ancianos de nuestra comunidad los cuales son los directos beneficiados. Resolviendo así necesidades específicas de la institución y ayudando a la difusión de su trabajo. El método de investigación nos fue de mucha utilidad brindándonos información necesaria para la elaboración de esta investigación se planteo determinar nuevas maneras de realizar el trabajo de todos los involucrados en la organización para aumentar la competitividad y ayudar en el cambio de mentalidad dándole una nueva imagen. Desarrollando los métodos actuales dándoles más calidad y poder así contribuir indirectamente con el desarrollo local, como conclusión podemos decir que se demuestra claramente la necesidad de mejorar sus reportes recibidos mensualmente, para lo cual recomendamos que lineamientos sugeridos se lleven a raja tabla para obtener el objetivo planteadoes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe following research aims at analyzing thoroughly the NGO. FCNA-ECUADOR, to find variables to identify the problem and to develop and implement a new operating system since this Foundation is contributing to many children, adolescent and elderly in our community who are the direct recipients. Solving in that way specific needs of the institution and helping to the dissemination of its work. The research method was very useful giving the necessary information for the process of drawing up the research; was suggested to determine new ways to do the job of everybody who are involved in the organization to increase the competitiveness and support in the change of mentality giving it a new image. Developing the new methods giving them better quality and in that way to collaborate indirectly with the local development, as a conclusion, it clearly shows the needs to improve monthly reports received, for which, it is recommended that the suggested guidelines are carried out to get the planned objective.es_ES
