dc.description.abstractLa educación es un derecho de las personas a lo largo de su vida, como afirma la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente(2008) “La Educación se centrara en el ser humano y garantizara su desarrollo holístico, en el marco del respeto a los derechos humanos, al medio ambiente sustentable y a la democracia; será participativa, obligatoria, intercultural, democrática, incluyente y diversa, de calidad y calidez;(…) es indispensable para el conocimiento, constituyendo un eje estratégico para el desarrollo de un País”, en conjunto con el Plan Nacional Todo una Vida 2017-2021, y debido al crecimiento de la comunidad universitaria; se hizo un estudio para determinar el proyecto de Lineamientos para la implantación de una Universidad en el Cantón Duran, debido a que la Población Duraneña tiene que trasladarse a Cantones aledaños para poder cumplir con dicho Nivel académico, sin embargo un porcentaje de la población decide no desplazarse a los otros cantones por diversos factores, entre ellos económicos; este estudio facilitara la planificación en infraestructura con lineamientos estándares para la construcción; la Factibilidad y pertinencia para la realización del proyecto en la zona planteada por el Gobierno Descentralizado del Cantón Durán, y poder determinar el diseño arquitectónico, estructural, e integral de la implantación y zonificación del proyecto.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEducation is a right of people throughout their lives, as stated by the National Constituent Assembly (2008) "Education will focus on the human being and ensure its holistic development, within the framework of respect for human rights, sustainable environment and democracy; it will be participatory, obligatory, intercultural, democratic, inclusive and diverse, of quality and warmth (...) it is indispensable for knowledge, constituting a strategic axis for the development of a Country ", in conjunction with the National Plan for a Life 2017- 2021, and due to the growth of the university community; a study was made to determine the project of Guidelines for the implantation of a University in Canton Duran, because the population has to move to nearby cantons to be able to meet said academic level, however a percentage of the population decides not to move to the other cantons for various factors, including economic; this study will facilitate infrastructure planning with standard guidelines for construction; The Feasibility and relevance for the realization of the project in the area proposed by the Decentralized Government of the Durán Canton, and be able to determine the architectural, structural, and integral design of the implementation and zoning of the project.es_ES
