dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación tiene como finalidad de presentar un estudio al detalle y análisis exhaustivo en los factores que intervienen en el clima laboral en la empresa de seguros GENERALI, enfocado en los nuevos cambios del mercado en el cual se desarrolla, la empresa se vió en la necesidad de realizar el proceso de adaptación. Para dicho análisis conllevará a encontrar la problemática que se presenta en el departamento comercial de la empresa, a través de la participación de los directivos de la empresa y el jefe del área a realizar esta investigación, así pues, se podrá conocer a profundidad el objeto de estudio aplicando las técnicas metodológicas e instrumento de recopilación de datos. En los resultados de las entrevistas se determinó la factibilidad de proponer el diseño metodológico del clima laboral para que permita mitigar los procesos de cuellos de botella en los procedimientos críticos optimizando y reduciendo el tiempo del alcance de los objetivos y metas a cortos plazos. Finalmente se propone un diseño metodológico en la nueva normalidad en relación de las actividades y tareas se ejecuten de manera eficaz, causando un impacto positivo entre los colaboradores y directivos de la Compañía.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research project is to present a detailed study and exhaustive analysis of the factors that intervene in the work environment in the GENERALI insurance company, focused on the new changes in the market in which the company is developed. the need to carry out the adaptation process. For this analysis, it will lead to finding the problem that is presented in the academic department of the company, through the participation of the directors of the company and the head of the area to carry out this investigation, thus, it will be possible to know in depth the object. of study applying the methodological techniques and data collection instrument. In the results of the interviews, the feasibility of proposing the methodological design of the work environment was determined so that it allows mitigating the bottleneck processes in critical procedures, optimizing and reducing the time of reaching the objectives and goals in the short term. Finally, a methodological design is proposed in the new normality in relation to the activities and tasks that are carried out effectively, causing a positive impact among the collaborators and managers of the institution.es_ES
