dc.description.abstractLos organofosforados son plaguicidas altamente tóxicos representando un peligro para la salud humana. Una gestante expuesta a este tipo de plaguicida sea de forma voluntaria o no, va a tener como consecuencia un embarazo fallido o un producto de la concepción con algún tipo de malformación o en su defecto los problemas se podrían presentar a partir de la infancia del mismo. Es de vital importancia identificar cual fue la causa de la intoxicación en la gestante para así poder dar un tratamiento que abarque no solo la parte orgánica de la paciente sino también su estado psicológico para así poder prepararla ante cualquier problema que se presente en cuanto a su gestación como consecuencia de la intoxicación con organofosforado. Las estadísticas obtenidas en la Maternidad Enrique C. Sotomayor no es un índice alarmante, dado que desde septiembre del 2012 hasta febrero del presente año., se han registrado seis casos de intoxicación de los cuales tres son a casusa de organofosforados, de estas la paciente de 18 años termino con un embarazo fallido, la paciente de 21 años refiere haber presentado parto pre término y la paciente de 24 años culmino con embarazo satisfactorio. Impartir charlas educativas las cuales comprendan no solo medidas preventivas sino también guía emocional tanto para la gestante como para la mujer en edad reproductiva, con la finalidad de que se tome conciencia sobre el gran riesgo al que se exponen y exponen al producto de la concepción.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe organophosphorus pesticides are highly toxic representing a danger to human health. A pregnant women exposed to this type of pesticide is either voluntarily or not, you're going to have a pregnancy as a result failed or a product of conception with some sort of malformation or in his absence the problems could occur from the children of the same. It is vital to identify which was the cause of poisoning in the pregnant woman so as to be able to give a treatment that encompasses not only the organic part of the patient but also his psychological state so as to be able to prepare it before any problem that is present in terms of their pregnancy as a result of the organophosphate poisoning. The statistics obtained in the Enrique C. Sotomayor maternity is not an index alarming, given that since September of 2012 until February of this year, there have been six cases of poisoning of which three are a case of organophosphates, the patient of 18 years ended with a failed pregnancy, the patient of 21 years reported having submitted pre-term labor and the patient of 24 years culminated with pregnancy satisfactory. Provide educational talks which understand not only preventive measures, but also emotional guide for both the pregnant woman as for women of reproductive age, with the aim of raising awareness about the great risks to which they are exposed and exposed to the product of conception.es_ES
