Resumen
La inmadurez del recién nacido Pretérmino lleva a su vez a la persistencia del ductus arterioso. Si bien en la vida fetal su presencia es esencial, no así en etapa neonatal siendo su permanencia generadora de múltiples complicaciones fruto de alteraciones hemodinámica como hemorragia intraventricular, edema agudo pulmonar, enterocolitis necrotizante. Por tal razón, por la alta morbimortalidad que genera, es necesario detectar esta patología con prontitud y destreza y tratarla precoz y eficientemente con paracetamol intravenoso.
Esta investigación es será de tipo cuantitativo, retrospectivo, correlacional aplicado a un universo de pacientes recién nacidos prematuro con Persistencia del Ductus Arterioso, con repercusión hemodinámica.
MATERIALES Y METODOS
La recolección de datos se realizará a partir de la historia clínica mediante el uso de una ficha de datos

The immaturity of the Preterm newborn leads in turn to the persistence of the ductus arteriosus. Although its presence is essential in fetal life, this is not the case in the neonatal stage, as its permanence generates multiple complications resulting from hemodynamic alterations such as intraventricular hemorrhage, acute pulmonary edema, and necrotizing enterocolitis. For this reason, due to the high morbidity and mortality it generates, it is necessary to detect this pathology promptly and skillfully and treat it early and efficiently with intravenous paracetamol. This research will be quantitative, retrospective, correlational applied to a universe of premature newborn patients with Persistent Ductus Arteriosus, with hemodynamic repercussions.
