dc.description.abstractUno de los problemas que se suscita frecuentemente en el GADMCD (gobierno autónomo descentralizado municipal del cantón Durán), es la falta de comunicación, debilidad común que muestra la escasa difusión de información en la institución, lo que se desea con la investigación es mejorar el sistema de gestión comunicacional que califique la situación actual del GADMCD, con la finalidad de presentar los problemas que han generado falencias, perjudicando directamente a la ciudadanía, realizándose un trabajo de campo, que a través de entrevistas dirigidas a los funcionarios del municipio se obtuvo información real de la problemática de la institución; mediante encuestas dirigidas a los habitantes se dió a conocer la opinión directa acerca de la imagen que proyecta el cabildo municipal. El propósito de la investigación es mejorar el sistema de gestión comunicacional en el gobierno autónomo descentralizado municipal del cantón Durán, herramienta que servirá para para informar a toda la población sobre los planes, programas y proyectos que se ejecutan. En este marco, se pretende realizar la investigación, sistematización y formulación de la estrategia de gestión comunicacional en el GADM del cantón Durán, herramienta que sirve para potenciar la imagen institucional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractOne of the problems that frequently arises in the GADMCD (decentralized municipal autonomous government of the canton) is the lack of communication, common weakness that shows the dissemination of information in the institution, the main objective of this research is to improve the A communication management system that qualifies the current situation of the GADMCD, in order to solve the problems that have been generated, it directly harms the citizens, performing a field work, through the direct interviews of the municipality it was obtained the real information about the problems of the institution; with the help of this surveys it was received the direct opinion about the image of the mayor of the city. The purpose of the research is to improve the communication management system in the autonomous decentralized municipal government of the canton Durán toward the citizens Duraneña, create a tool that will serve to inform with the entire population about the plans, programs and projects that are implemented. In this context, it was intended to create the investigation, systematization and formulation of the strategy of communicational management in GADM, cantón Durán, a tool that serves to enhance the institutional image.es_ES
