| dc.description.abstract | Las anomalías dentarias ya sean estas de forma, tamaño o posición, son alteraciones muy frecuentes que comprometen la estética del sector anterior, dando al paciente inconformidad y falta de autoestima. También estas anomalías son hereditarias, pero esto se puede mejorar con un tratamiento estético, por lo cual hay técnicas que son muy invasivas y hay otra que es menos invasiva. Con el objetivo de mejorar la apariencia de los dientes anteriores y elevar la autoestima de la paciente se decidió utilizar una técnica mínimamente invasiva como es la de las carillas de lentes de contacto. La meta principal de un tratamiento estético es mejorar la sonrisa del paciente y con esto mejorar el aspecto general de su cara. Para el uso de esta técnica poco invasiva, se debe verificar que las carillas posean el largo, la forma y los contactos interproximales adecuados para que de esta forma no ocasionen malestar en la oclusión de los dientes y además no interfieran con la fonética y masticación del paciente. Luego de terminado el tratamiento estético con carillas de lentes de contacto, la paciente pudo ver los resultados y expresó su felicidad, al darse cuenta que de ahora en adelante va a poder hablar y sonreir confiadamente, sin preocuparse que las personas la observen. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The dental anomalies whether they are in shape, size or position, are very common disorders that compromise the aesthetics of the anterior sector, giving the patient discomfort and lack of self-esteem. Also these abnormalities are inherited, but this can be improved with a cosmetic treatment, so there are techniques that are very invasive and there is another that is less invasive. In order to improve the appearance of the anterior teeth and raise self-esteem of the patient it decided to use a minimally invasive technique such as the veneers contact lenses. The main goal of an aesthetic treatment is to improve the patient's smile and thereby improve the overall appearance of your face. For the use of this minimally invasive technique, verify that the veneers possess long, form and interproximal contacts suitable for this does not cause discomfort in the occlusion of the teeth and they do not interfere with the phonetic and chewing patient. After finishing the aesthetic veneers treatment with contact lenses, the patient was able to see the results and expressed his happiness, realizing that from now on will be able to speak and smile with confidence, without worrying that people observe her. | es_ES |
