Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación está enfocado en el análisis y evaluación de los
procesos dentro de la aplicación web dirigida hacia la fundación "HUELLAS FELICES",
aplicando la realización de la normativa norma ISO/IEC 25010:2011 en gestión de calidad
del producto o de software. Se escogieron como eje primordial las directrices que
proporciona esta norma, para detectar las falencias que presenta el aplicativo web, llegando
a pasar en sí a la evaluación obteniendo diversos puntos débiles que deberán de ser pulidos.
La metodología que se empleo fue Magerit la cual ayudo a identificar riesgos y a su vez el
uso de las entrevistas ayudo a esclarecer más el panorama de la investigación ya que se
utilizó la metodología de recopilación de información logrando así crear un aplicativo acorde
a las necesidades de la empresa, por ende, se debe capacitar a los usuarios para que
mantengan un correcto desenvolvimiento de dicho aplicativo.
This research project is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the processes within the web application directed towards the "HUELLAS FELICES" foundation, applying the implementation of the ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard in product quality management or software. The guidelines provided by this standard were chosen as the primordial axis, to detect the shortcomings that the web application presents, reaching the evaluation itself, obtaining various weak points that must be polished. The methodology that was used was Magerit, which helped to identify risks, and the use of interviews helped to further clarify the panorama of the investigation, since the information gathering methodology was used, thus creating an application according to the needs of the company, therefore, users must be trained to maintain a correct development of said application.
