REPRESENTACIÓN SOCIAL DEL CONSUMO DE DROGAS EN ADOLESCENTES DE 15 A 17 AÑOS DE EDAD, DEL COLEGIO FISCAL JUAN EMILIO MURILLO LANDIN, GUAYAQUIL 2013

Resumen
La investigación se realizó en el Colegio Fiscal Juan Emilio Murillo Landìn, ubicado en el distrito cuatro, sector del suburbio en la Ciudad de Guayaquil, perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas, periodo lectivo 2013, con la participación de estudiantes del plantel educativo, de allí que el objetivo de la misma se propuso caracterizar la representación social del consumo de drogas de los adolescentes de 15 a 17 años de edad, durante el periodo en mención. Fue necesario describir el nivel de información referida al objeto del consumo de drogas, se determinó el campo de representación que se organiza sobre el consumo de drogas y se identificó las diferentes actitudes que toman los adolescentes frente al consumo de drogas. El trabajo se justificó por que posee valor teórico, utilidad práctica, relevancia social y por los beneficios que genera. Se sustentó en las teorías de psicología social y representación social. La metodología aplicada es cualitativa, el tipo de estudio descriptivo, con aplicación de un diseño narrativo. La población estuvo conformada por diez adolescentes de ambos sexos, de la sección matutina. Las técnicas aplicadas fueron; la asociación libre, composición y por último se realizó un grupo de discusión. Los resultados indicaron que los adolescentes elaboran varias representaciones, frente a al consumo de drogas tanto lícitas como el alcohol y cigarrillo, que gozan de aceptación social por lo cual estas son vistas con normalidad, mientras que el consumo drogas ilícitas es representado de manera perjudicial, debido a los aspectos negativos atribuidos a este, en su efecto los adolescentes orientan su comportamiento dependiendo la imagen que tienen del objeto social en representación
The research was conducted in the Prosecutor Juan Emilio Murillo Landìn College, located in the fourth district, sector suburb in the city of Guayaquil, located in the province of Guayas, academic year 2013, with the participation of students in the campus, there the purpose of it is proposed to characterize the social representation of drug use of adolescents 15-17 years of age, during the period in question. It was necessary to describe the level of information regarding the subject of drug use , the field of representation that is organized on the drug and the different attitudes taken against adolescent drug use was identified was determined. The work is justified by having theoretical value, practicality, social relevance and the benefits it generates. He livelihood in theories of social psychology and social representation. The methodology is qualitative, the type of descriptive study, with application of a narrative design. The population consisted of ten adolescents of both sexes, the morning section. The techniques applied were: free association, composition and finally a group discussion was held. The results indicated that adolescents made several representations against the consumption of both legal drugs like alcohol and cigarette, enjoying social acceptance so these are seen as normal, while the consumption of illicit drugs is represented detrimentally, due to the negative aspects attributed this, in effect teenagers guide their behavior depending on the image they have of representing social object
