dc.description.abstractEl proyecto investigativo se desarrolló en el estudio del entorno de las necesidades frente al uso de las herramientas informáticas tecnológicas en la carrera de Bibliotecología y Archivología de la Facultad de Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, en la Universidad de Guayaquil. Durante el proceso de educación superior el estudiantado se rige a trabajos de investigación los cuales son métodos de aprendizaje que utilizan los docentes, el manejo de herramientas informáticas tecnológicas favorece a la adquisición de nuevos saberes. Se uso la entrevista como herramienta para conocer la problemática y ejecutar la solución con la elaboración de Talleres de capacitación. Con el resultado de los datos obtenidos de la investigación de campo se determinó en primera instancia, la carencia de conocimiento y la poca utilización de herramientas informáticas tecnológicas en trabajos de investigación de los estudiantes de la Escuela de Bibliotecología y Archivología para fomentar trabajos de carácter científico.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe research project was developed in the study of the environment of the needs against the use of technological computer tools of the School of Library Science and Archives of the Faculty of Letters and Educational Sciences, at the University of Guayaquil. During the process of higher education, the student body is guided by research work, which are learning methods used by teachers, the use of technological computer tools favors the acquisition of new knowledge. The interview was used as a tool to understand the problem and execute the solution with the development of training workshops. With the result of the data obtained from the field research, it was determined in the first instance, the lack of knowledge and the little use of technological computer tools in research work of the students of the School of Library Science and Archives to promote scientific work.es_ES
