dc.description.abstractLa atención sanitaria consiste en disponer y organizar los elementos y recursos de un sistema para lograr los mejores resultados posibles en el estado de salud y en la calidad de vida de los pacientes y usuarios. En este contexto, el problema es saber cuáles son los resultados que se desea alcanzar y quién debe definirlos, puesto que pueden ser muy diferentes para los pacientes (perspectiva individual, esperando una accesibilidad conveniente a los servicios sanitarios, la debida competencia técnica de los profesionales y una adecuada comunicación interpersonal con ellos), los profesionales sanitarios (perspectiva individual con especial preocupación por el aspecto técnico) o la Administración y las organizaciones sanitarias (perspectiva comunitaria centrada en la mejora del nivel de salud de la comunidad y en aspectos económicos y organizativos). Por lo tanto, la calidad asistencial tiene que ser definida tanto por la comunidad científica como por el profesional sanitario, el paciente, la sociedad y los gestores sanitarios, siendo sus objetivos prioritarios prestar una asistencia sanitaria acorde al estado de la ciencia (medicina basada en la evidencia), lograr cuidados apropiados a las necesidades de los pacientes, asegurar la continuidad de los cuidados y lograr que los cuidados satisfagan al paciente Los Servicios de Farmacia hospitalarios se han incrementado notablemente durante la década de los últimos años, lo que implica que el acto puramente administrativo de la dispensación se acompaña de un completo seguimiento farmacoterapéutico del paciente que incluye el control de reacciones adversas, interacciones medicamentosas, grado de cumplimiento farmacoterapéutico e información verbal y/o escrita; basado en este precedente el proyecto busca desarrollar un sistema web que garantice el cumplimiento del tratamiento para estos pacientes mediante el agendamiento preciso y organizado de fechas para la distribución de antirretrovirales, toma de muestras y educación para su salud.; cumpliendo así el objetivo propuesto para beneficio de los pacientes y de la sociedad en general. Para ello se emplea una modalidad de investigación de proyecto factible porque será 60% propuesta, 20% investigativa, 20% bibliográfica, siendo su tipo de investigación proyecto especial por el mismo hecho que se ofrece una alternativa de desarrollo, cubriendo una población de 8350 involucrados en el PVVS del Hospital de Infectología José Rodríguez Maridueña de Guayaquil, sin embargo se trabaja sobre 382 personas entre pacientes, familiares y personal encargado del programa con el fin de obtener información que permitan obtener datos que colaboren con el entendimiento de la problemática y con el desarrollo de la mejor propuesta de soluciones.es_ES
